Currency Trading Times

Normal trading hours for most of our forex pairs are between 06:00 Monday Sydney time until 17:00 Friday New York time. MetaTrader 4 trading hours are between 07:00 Monday Sydney time until 17:00 Friday New York time. No trading is allowed during the weekend i.e. between 17:00 Friday New York time until 06:00 Monday morning Sydney time.

Gold and silver (XAU, XAG) trading starts from 22:15/23:15 GMT (Summer/Winter) Monday until 21:00/22:00 GMT (Summer/Winter) Friday. Gold and Silver (XAU, XAG) are at their most liquid between 00:00/01:00 GMT (Summer/Winter) - 17:30/18:30 GMT (Summer/Winter) Monday to Friday. Trading out of hours usually involves wider spreads.

OIL, BRT, HEO and GAS trading hours are between 02:00 – 21:00 London Time, Monday to Friday with no trading allowed after hours, if you need to liquidate a position during out of hours you can call our Dealing Room direct on +357 25 845 555 and request the deal to be closed, however this may incur a larger spread and at Dealer discretion provided a market exists at the time. Mexican Peso (MXN) trading hours are between 12:30/13:30 GMT (Summer/Winter) until 19:00/20:00 GMT (Summer/Winter), Monday to Friday, with no trading allowed after hours. Czech Koruna (CZK) and the Polish Zloty (PLN) are at their most liquid between 06:00/07:00 GMT (Summer/Winter) – 14:00/15:00 GMT (Summer/Winter), Monday to Friday. Trading out of hours usually involves wider spreads.

Turkish Lira (TRY) trades between 06:00 Monday Sydney time until 17:00 Friday New York time. Turkish Lira (TRY) is at its most liquid between 07:00 – 15:00 GMT, Monday to Friday. Trading out of hours usually involves wider spreads.
