Back Office Administrator, native Chinese speaking

Overall Purpose of Role:

Responsible for maintaining and enhancing the back office operation specifically pertaining to withdrawals, loans and ongoing training.

Main Activities and Responsibilities

  • To initiate and complete the withdrawal process for all clients within the established standards and parameters
  • To implement the WT PO in the Back Office system
  • Loan administration
  • To administer the payment systems in order to complete client payments
  • To manage the client documentation files ensuring that paperwork is within required standards (type of documentation and receipt timelines)
  • To provide back up support with compliance and documentation issues as and when required
  • To provide cover for the Compliance Officer and Fraud & Security Administrator

Education, Qualifications and Training

Essential:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent Computer skills – Microsoft Office (Intermediate Level)

Experience

Essential:

  • At least 3 years’ experience within a financial environment with book keeping/accounting focus
  • Very good administrative background
  • Compliance awareness within a regulated environment

Work Based Competencies

Essential:

  • Native Chinese speaker
  • Very good time management and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of various financial packages
  • Business Writing skills (letters, e-mails, faxes etc)
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills

Content Manager

Overall Purpose of Role:

The Content Manager is responsible for writing and drafting all the marketing, advertising & product materials for the company.

Main Activities and Responsibilities

  • Creating, designing, including graphic designing, site navigation and layout content for the organization’s website
  • Online marketing:
    • Campaigns - slogans, headers, product description, benefits, etc.
    • Web site content & landing pages
    • Newsletters, pop-ups
    • Brochures
    • Banners
  • Social Media content:
    • Write/review blog posts, Facebook uploads and posts
    • Blog posts
  • PR – Media kits, Press Releases, PR Communications
  • Corporate event materials

Education, Qualifications and Training

Essential:

  • Related Bachelor's Degree required
  • English as a mother tongue - A Must

Experience

Essential:

  • At least two years' experience in marketing and corporate content writing

Customer Support Representative, native Chinese speaking

Overall Purpose of Role:

Overall responsible for providing after-sales support to clients who have activated their trading accounts.

Main Activities and Responsibilities

  • Responding to client requests and questions via phone, chat and email
  • Assisting with any and all after-sales issues, which may include; collecting documents, withdrawals, deposits, funds transfers, account creations, trading issues, etc.
  • Assisting with client training and guiding them in learning how to operate the trading platforms
  • Coordinating with the sales team and other relevant departments to properly and effectively assist clients
  • Other duties as required (sales performance reports, administrative tasks)

Additional Requirements

  • Associate Diploma/ HND or equivalent (Business, Finance, Economics or other relevant)
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Native Chinese, fluent in English (additional languages will be considered as an advantage)
