Client Relationship Manager – Cyprus

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a driven, people orientated individual to join our Client Relationship team, based in Limassol, Cyprus.

Overall Purpose of Role:

To help grow, retain and reactivate clients by offering up to date market information, training of clients on company’s products and ensure excellent service standards.

Main Activities and Responsibilities

  • To manage on-going private client relationships and take proactive steps to maximize client satisfaction.
  • To provide training to clients on the use of the Company’s products and platforms.
  • To assist with any and all after sales issues which may include; Collecting documents, withdrawals, deposits, funds transfers, account and trading issues.
  • To keep up to date with market information and monitor trends in all major currency pairings.
  • To grow/retain/reactivate clients business and eventually transfer to the VIP client Relationship Department.

Other Features of Job (travel, hours of work, working conditions etc):

  • Working 40hours a week, Monday to Friday, Role of Trust which ,may include overtime/weekends as part of the job, on call as and when required

Experience

  • Associate Diploma/ HND or equivalent or equivalent in a relevant field
  • Excellent computer training (Microsoft Office)
  • Previous experience in an Financial organisation
  • Must be able to adopt sales techniques
  • Fluency in English (Other languages will be considered as an advantage)

Sales Representatives

An exciting opportunity has arisen for driven, sales orientated individuals to join our Acquisition team, based in Limassol, Cyprus.

Overall Purpose of Role:

To efficiently handle all outbound calls from sales leads/registrations, and meet agreed personal targets with regards to sales of company products to our Arabic, Hindi, Polish and English speaking clients.

Main Activities and Responsibilities

  • To handle new client leads (first contact) daily
  • To proactively promote easy forex and easy forex products in order to meet established marketing plan goals and annual sales revenue
  • To effectively handle the client base to ensure accurate client information and contact details
  • To document all prospective enquires, outcomes and follow up on sales opportunities on the client database
  • To meet goals, sales quotas and preset activity standards
  • To perform any other duties as assigned within their capability

Experience

  • Proven experience in a sales environment, preferably in the financial sector
  • Educated to a good level
  • Excellent Communication skills in either Arabic, Hindi, Polish and/or English languages (over the phone, one on one and in writing)
  • Demonstrated success in achieving goals
  • Comfortable working on the telephone with customers in a high-volume call centre environment

Digital Marketing Specialist – Cyprus

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a driven and focused individual to join our Digital Marketing team, based in Limassol, Cyprus.

Overall Purpose of Role:

To drive marketing strategies and marketing communication efforts to the areas of focus through various digital marketing channels.

Main Activities and Responsibilities

  • Maintain content on the corporate blog aligned with overall content strategy via freelance writers
  • Work with the digital marketing team to coordinate and create new landing pages for online marketing opportunities through the internal content management system
  • Co-ordinate the creation and manage the distribution of press releases globally via paid services and also through the many free press release sites
  • Monitoring social media for company mentions and engaging with customers where relevant
  • Contributing to the organization’s Social Media accounts
  • Supporting the in-house marketing and design team by coordinating and collating content

  • Working 0900 – 1800 Monday to Friday, Role of Trust which ,may include overtime/weekends as part of the job, on call as and when required

Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or Communications or equivalent
  • Some experience in a business environment preferably in the finance, technology or ecommerce sector
  • Experience with advertising, PR and marketing campaigns
  • Experience with a number of marketing communication disciplines (advertising, direct response, viral and others) would be considered an asset
  • Ability to capture and use market data in order to develop metrics to drive communications

Mandarin Speaking Customer Support Representative

Overall Purpose of Role:

Overall responsibility for providing after-sales support to clients who have activated their trading accounts.

Main Activities and Responsibilities

  • Responding to client requests and questions via, telephone, chat and email
  • Assisting with any and all after-sales issues, which may include: collecting documents, withdrawals, deposits, funds transfers, account creations, trading issues, etc
  • Assisting with client training and guiding them in learning how to operate the trading platforms
  • Coordinating with the sales team and other relevant departments to properly and effectively assist clients
  • Other duties as required (sales performance reports, administrative tasks)

  • Location: Limassol, Cyprus
  • Hours of work: 0900 – 1800 Monday to Friday, Role of Trust which ,may include overtime/weekends as part of the job, on call as and when required

Education, Qualifications and Training

Preferred:

  • Associate Diploma/HND or equivalent in a relevant field
  • Excellent computer training (Microsoft Office)
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English (Other languages will be considered as an advantage)
