Regional Marketing Manager (RMM), India
Overall Purpose of Role:
To drive marketing strategies and marketing communication efforts to the Area/Region of responsibility including Sales and Dealing Room while ensuring that the Area understands the available products, solutions, offerings and activities. The primary goals are to influence the consumption of trading, drive the reputation of easy forex and help propel a culture of trading.
In this role, you will be part of a cross-functional team of discipline experts including brand, PR, direct/online marketing and research, creating integrated marketing campaigns that shape audience perceptions. Additionally, you may interface with advertising and media agencies, internal communication team, leading efforts on advertising development and execution of various campaigns. You will also be working with the HQ advertising team to ensure local market implementation of global advertising campaign.

Additional Requirements

Build and Execute Regional Marketing and Communication Strategy and Plans
Build and Manage in partnership with Regional manager the overall Marketing and Communications Strategy while aligning as appropriate the global Marketing and communications Strategy.
Build and execute the regional Marketing and Communication foundation by developing a regional marketing plan and work back schedule for all communications which align to the global marketing plan and work back schedule but customized to fit the local needs within the market.
Build and Execute timely and targeted Marketing Programs, packaging and messaging thru the communication Engine that exceed the Community and Field Expectations. -
Build a Solid Image and Trust of easy forex organization. Execute easy forex Branding in Region
Own driving the communications that support the value proposition and brand in the region of responsibility whilst aligned with Global Strategy. Build brand preference across consumer services and products.
Brand Stewardship: Provide strong Regional Brand Management & Stewardship for to ensure that all marketing touch points deliver a seamless and compelling customer experience, and that the experience with our brand accrues to the overall Brand Value Proposition, Brand Identity and Brand DNA. -
Influence consumption of Trading with the field
Drive Regional Field Marketing and Communications.
Drive all marketing activities to support the team of the region and prioritize the marketing and communications activities to support execution excellence.
Build, Manage and execute internal (focus on internal cross-group communication) and external communications, working closely with HQ, to drive appropriate messaging.
Ensure consistent messaging across region and where appropriate, aligned with global messaging, but customized for region.
Manage ongoing and ad hoc communications to Sales, Dealers and External Audience.
Research document and work with Region Managers to employ the appropriate marketing levers for the message. Guide segmentation and targeting. -
Create and Execute Regional Campaigns and Promotions in Area
Implement area-specific Marcom promotions, events and programs to influence and increase area trading consumption. Where WW programs are developed, assess applicability of promotions and events to determine appropriateness and drive application
Work in partnership with Area Manager
Drive awareness of product sales, marketing and services readiness end to end -
Regional Infrastructure Development and Maintenance
Alias and organization chart creation, maintenance

Overall Purpose of Role:
Overall responsible for the company’s client base in all sales aspects (generating and, retaining clients as well as following up on client issues), customer service and administration generated by sales activity.

Customer Support Representative, Chinese speaking
Overall Purpose of Role:
Overall responsible for providing after-sales support to clients who have activated their trading accounts.
Main Activities and Responsibilities

Responding to client requests and questions via phone, chat and email

Assisting with any and all after-sales issues, which may include; collecting documents, withdrawals, deposits, funds transfers, account creations, trading issues, etc.

SEM Manager
Overall Purpose of Role:
Responsible for effectively leading the Search Engine Marketing (SEM) team within easy-forex®

Quality Assurance Engineer
Overall Purpose of Role:
To plan and test scenarios and cases in parallel with the development flow by being also involved in the early technical design discussions and business reviews in order to fulfil quality requirements for our products.
Main Activities and Responsibilities
- Review business requirements and technical design documentation
- Develop and maintain test scenarios and test cases to ensure that what is delivered is consistent with internal client requirements
- Conduct tests as appropriate, (for example, Unit Testing, Integration Testing and Behavioural / Acceptance Testing)
- Report bugs, re-test and close bugs
- Streamline test scenarios
- Participate in technical scope and deliverables meetings
- Participate in business reviews of requirements where appropriate
