Systems Support Administrator

Overall Purpose of Role:

Responsible for assisting the IT Specialist in maintaining the company’s IT systems (software, hardware, communication) and also accountable for general facilities maintenance.

Main Activities and Responsibilities

  • Installing, replacing and configuring computer hardware, operating systems, trading platforms and applications
  • Diagnosing & solving hardware/software faults
  • Performing routine audits of systems & software and resolving possible problems identified from the audit
  • Administering the Company’s ticketing system and responding to staff’s requests in a timely manner
  • Providing support and training to employees on IT related issues
  • To assist the IT Manager WW with various projects or duties as and when required
  • Responsible for overall facilities maintenance

Other Features of Job

  • Location: Limassol, Cyprus
  • Hours of work: 0900 – 1800 Monday to Friday, Role of Trust which ,may include overtime/weekends as part of the job, on call as and when required

Education, Qualifications and Training

Essential:

  • Diploma in IS or Computer Engineer or equivalent

Experience

Essential:

  • Some previous experience in an IT related role within a sizeable organization
  • Comprehension of Windows Systems
  • Ability to troubleshoot in a windows environment (system & end client)
  • Network Structure expertise
  • IT Engineering background
  • Good Cisco/Switches/Routers Knowledge
  • Knowledge on virtual environments
  • Ability to work independently while being part of a team

Mandarin Speaking Customer Support Representative

Overall Purpose of Role:

Overall responsibility for providing after-sales support to clients who have activated their trading accounts.

Main Activities and Responsibilities

  • Responding to client requests and questions via, telephone, chat and email
  • Assisting with any and all after-sales issues, which may include: collecting documents, withdrawals, deposits, funds transfers, account creations, trading issues, etc
  • Assisting with client training and guiding them in learning how to operate the trading platforms
  • Coordinating with the sales team and other relevant departments to properly and effectively assist clients
  • Other duties as required (sales performance reports, administrative tasks)

Other Features of Job

  • Location: Limassol, Cyprus
  • Hours of work: 0900 – 1800 Monday to Friday, Role of Trust which ,may include overtime/weekends as part of the job, on call as and when required

Education, Qualifications and Training

Preferred:

  • Associate Diploma/HND or equivalent in a relevant field
  • Excellent computer training (Microsoft Office)
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English (Other languages will be considered as an advantage)

Experience

Essential:

  • Previous experience in an office environment preferably with customer focus elements

Work Based Competencies

Essential:

  • Excellent communication & organisational skills
