Marketing Communications Manager

Overall Purpose of Role:

Managing all aspects of the Marketing Communications team to achieve effective marketing of its brand and products/services through both online and offline channels. Also managing the regional and country-specific marketing plans and build brand recognition and ROI through client acquisition both via online and offline marketing channels.

Main Activities and Responsibilities

Act as brand champion including creative processes, management and development of brand assets
Develop and manage the PR strategy and plan for global and regions. This includes media relations, online reputation management, social media, press articles and commentary
Management and control of regional marketing communication budgets
Manage the day-to-day activities of the creative team members (copy writer, graphic designer, video producer, event manager etc.) to ensure implementation and delivery of successful integrated brand and/or product campaigns. This includes driving the creative process, drafting of creative briefs, production, data selection and multi-channel management
Supplier management including reviews and management, target setting, measurement processes and reporting
Marketing Communications team management responsibilities include; setting and managing targets and related performance management, on-going development and maintenance of effective best practice procedures and controls relevant to the Marketing Communications team to improve overall productivity and quality
The successful candidate will need to be an internationally astute marketing professional with excellent ability to influence key stakeholders at all levels and build relationships – internally and externally and have strong experience of the financial services sector (knowledge of forex is a distinct advantage

Junior Product Manager

Overall Purpose of Role:

To work on specific projects within the Product Development team ensuring the assessment and advancement of work plans to be developed by Product & Information Management, Marketing and 3^rd party development teams.

Main Activities and Responsibilities

Be part of the development lifecycle of products and functionality
Work with business stakeholders to elicit requirements for development requests
Gather the resources required for development teams from internal areas of the business, partners and 3rd parties and ensure all resources are up to date to the correct versions
Write functional specifications from business requirements – highlighting technical requirements for development teams
Working with and support senior product managers in helping develop complex project documentation

Head of Product Development

Overall Purpose of Role:

To lead and effectively manage product development for the group. To collate, assess, translate business needs throughout the organization in to a corporate technology and product roadmap. Lead the development, testing, launch and maintenance of new and existing systems. Manage a local team of web developers as well as an offshore Technologies Division.

Main Activities and Responsibilities

To work with the business unit managers to create a corporate roadmap
To manage the PIM (Product and Information Management Unit), which comprises product management team and a web development team, as well as the remote technology group
To collate and evaluate business requirements (from all business units) in to a comprehensive database for on-going review
To lead prioritization of projects based on business needs and business cases

Overall Purpose of Role:
